Calcipro is a topical medication used to treat a variety of skin conditions that cause an itchy, red, inflamed rash. It is a potent topical corticosteroid that has anti-inflammatory and anti-itch effects.

Calcipro contains Clobetasol Propionate Cream 0.05% w/w usp , a synthetic corticosteroid, for topical dermatologic use.

Clobetasol is a very potent topical corticosteroid indicated for adults, elderly and children over 1 year for the short term treatment only of more resistant inflammatory and pruritic manifestations of steroid responsive dermatoses unresponsive to less potent corticosteroids.

Clobetasol helps relieve swelling and itching due to skin rashes and irritations. It can be used to treat various skin disorders such as:

• Eczema (atopic dermatitis)
• Contact dermatitis, including poison ivy or poison oak rash
• Seborrheic dermatitis
